Everything that is gluten free and dairy free has been baked on site under strictly controlled conditions. Molds used are only for gluten free and dairy free. The flour is corn-based without wheat starch. However, we still cannot guarantee 100% that there are no traces of gluten in the products as we also manufacture a smaller variety with plain wheat flour. However, production takes place different days, and everything is cleaned very carefully when we have used wheat flour. We never use dairy products in our baking.
